Common questions
- What kinds of forms work?
- Registrations, order forms, inspection sheets, timesheets, waivers, surveys, incident reports — any structured paper form filled in by hand or type. Not supported: forms containing patient/health information or government ID documents (see Terms).
- How accurate is it?
- Two independent AI reads per form; fields where the reads agree are pre-accepted, everything else is flagged for your 5-second review with the source handwriting zoomed in beside it. You always see and approve the data before export — extracted values are AI-generated until you accept them.
- What happens to my photos?
- Stored privately for your review, auto-deleted after your chosen retention period (default 90 days), and you can delete a batch instantly. The free converter never stores images at all. Details in the privacy policy.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. It runs in your phone's or computer's browser. On a phone you can add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
