Common questions
What kinds of forms work?
Registrations, order forms, inspection sheets, timesheets, waivers, surveys, incident reports: any structured paper form filled in by hand or type. Not supported: forms containing patient/health information or government ID documents (see Terms).
How accurate is it?
Two independent AI reads per form; fields where the reads agree are pre-accepted, everything else is flagged for your five-second review with the source handwriting zoomed in beside it. You always see and approve the data before export: extracted values are AI-generated until you accept them.
What happens to my photos?
