Forms carry other people's information, so Form Digitizer is built to hold as little as possible, for as short a time as possible. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
- Uploads auto-delete after your chosen retention period (default 90 days), and you can delete a batch instantly.
- No advertising, no analytics trackers, no sale of data, and your content is never used to train AI models.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers.

Common questions
What kinds of forms work?
Registrations, order forms, inspection sheets, timesheets, waivers, surveys, incident reports: any structured paper form filled in by hand or type. Not supported: forms containing patient/health information or government ID documents (see Terms).
How accurate is it?
Two independent AI reads per form; fields where the reads agree are pre-accepted, everything else is flagged for your five-second review with the source handwriting zoomed in beside it. You always see and approve the data before export: extracted values are AI-generated until you accept them.
What happens to my photos?
Stored privately for your review, auto-deleted after your chosen retention period (default 90 days), and you can delete a batch instantly. Details in the privacy policy.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your phone's or computer's browser. On a phone you can add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
Can I try it before I buy?
